This may seem scary because, believe me, we live very full lives. For now, the order isn't important. What matters is capturing it all. But this template is here to help you sort it all out. I've included some examples to help you. Just pull down the menus and complete the suggested lists. Make sure you keep this page in your Notion dashboard, as it will be used to create your organisation system. Don't hesitate to create your own sub-categories by typing / then "toggle heading" 😊. Remember that this system must above all be adapted to YOU. At the end of the day, you shouldn't have anything left in your head!

Well done, you've clearly taken the longest and most difficult step. Now it's fun: all you have to do is get organised. You can download my organisation templates. You can choose between a simple to-do list page, a simple database called "Master Todo", a complex database with sub-bases to manage projects as well as individual tasks, the "Ultimate Todo" and finally an entire premium system, the "Ultimate Productivity". If you'd like to find out more about these different templates and decide which one is best suited to your needs, click on the links below.

I'd simply advise you to use Notion's highlighting tool to use 4 colours: one for projects, i.e. a set of tasks working towards the same goal, one for single, non-divisible tasks, one for complex tasks that can be sub-divided into single tasks and one for projects, dreams and ideas for the future. Then you need to tackle the complex tasks: divide them up. There should only be 3 categories left: projects, tasks and "later". These are the categories you'll then enter into your management database ;)

The aim is to clear your brain while you work. Sometimes my Inbox takes the form of a piece of paper on my desk. I've found that clearing my head like this allows me to be more efficient at my work because I don't have to worry about forgetting that little thought, or really interrupting my work flow. Every evening or week you can then drag and drop these tasks from your Inbox into your to-do list and your thoughts into your diary if you use one. I'm offering you an Inbox template here. You can add it to your Notion bookmarks to find it in a second!
