When you have too many lines on your page, you can click at the end to "archive this entry", which will automatically transfer this line to the "Archives" category. No data is lost, but you don't have it in front of you all the time. In the archives, use the "Date” column to sort your entries by month if you wish. The "Memories" column is for writing down a few short memories, such as "I had tea with Amelia". Each memory you create in this column will also be stored in memories. You can also sort them like the archives and add an image or more information than the title of the memory if you wish.
