I've created a form that you can email to the whole family. The responses will be added to the response table. Your relatives don't need to have Notion to fill out the form 🙂
IMPORTANT: make sure you have duplicated the workspace, otherwise you'll send the form to your family and their responses will end up... in my database ;)
To send the form to your relatives, click on "share form" below. Check that the linked address is NOT charlenemorel... but yours and that "who can respond" is set to "anyone with the link". You can then copy the link and send it 🙂
