Visualize where you want to be next Friday. Be specific, you want to finish XYZ, feel ABC, and write it down. This is the promise you make to yourself, and most importantly, the goal to achieve.

Now, list precisely the ACTIONS needed to reach this state

Take the action list and break it down into UNIQUE ACTIONS. For example, don't write "client management" but "send email to Mrs. X", "check Mr. Z's invoice", etc.

Open your Notion Calendar, Google Calendar, or any software you use to track your time and appointments, and place all these actions somewhere. Stuck? More actions than time? You've just discovered a law of the Universe: your time is super limited.

Go back to step 1. Remember your goal. Remove all tasks that don't bring you closer to it and that you can do without (because yes, eating technically doesn't bring you closer to the dream, but well, your wonderful brain still needs some fuel ^^).

There you go, your schedule is ready for the week. Now, work, don't give up, and admire the transformation! When Friday comes, remember to write to me to tell me how your week went!
